Narayan Nagbali is a special Hindu ritual that takes place at Trimbakeshwar Temple in Nashik to have relief from pitru dosh (the curses of ancestors) and unnatural or untimely death in the family. This puja brings peace to the family, and progress and prosperity. Narayan Nagbali is actually two separate rituals, Narayan Bali and Nagbali. Narayan Bali is performed to give peace to the souls of the ancestors who have died, particularly in an untimely manner.
